Position Purpose:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced In-House Representative to join our team. While understanding and knowledge of EMS is not crucial for this role, a background in Human Resources and relevant certifications or equivalent experience is required. The position will work collaboratively with the operations team, administration, and medical staff, to ensure a responsible and safe work environment. This role requires broad in-depth knowledge of human resources functions. This position is physically in the office and does not allow for hybrid or remote work.

 MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years of Human Resources experience required. Proven experience in HR roles, and a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Experience working in HR in Trade Jobs/Skilled Trades is wanted but not needed. Professional certifications in Human Resources SHRM-CP required. Other certifications (e.g., PHR) are a plus but not mandatory. Previous experience and knowledge of multi-state regulations and recruitment. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate proficient skills in MS Office, ability to learn ESO Scheduling and UKG Pro. The candidate must demonstrate a history of exceptional customer service skills. Requires use of standard office equipment including personal computer, copy machine, and phones.

 Starting salary:
$64,809.00- 72,000 annually
