Arranging Transport
We will transport your patients, whether at an appointment or being discharged, by ambulance to their next destination.
Arrange wheelchair or ambulance transport by following the instructions below or filling out our online form:
1) Contact Stadium Medical dispatch at 720.630.2000.
2) State your name, location and level of service required. Our dispatcher will provide you with an ETA.
3) Provide your patient’s name, date of birth, pick-up and destination address, diagnosis, precautions, oxygen or special equipment required, bariatric status and billing information.
4) Our driver or crew will arrive with the necessary equipment and ready to receive report and required paperwork from the nurse.
5) Our driver or crew will prepare the patient for transport and load them into our vehicle.
EMS Standby
We will provide emergency medical standby for transportation of patients during construction or diverts.
Arrange emergency medical coverage standby by:
1) Contacting the Special Events Manager at events@stadiummedical.com.
2) State your name, location, nature of and time requirements of coverage. The manager will be in contact to discuss logistics and pricing.
