Arranging Transport
We will transport you, whether to an appointment, being discharged to a hospital, or from one place to the next by wheelchair or ambulance to their next destination.
Arrange ambulance transport by following the instructions below or filling out our online form:
1) Contact Stadium Medical dispatch at 720.630.2000.
2) State your name, location and level of service required. Our dispatcher will provide you with an ETA.
3) Provide your name, date of birth, pick-up and destination address, diagnosis, precautions, oxygen or special equipment required, bariatric status and billing information.
4) Our driver or crew will arrive with the necessary equipment and ready to transport you.
5) Our driver or crew will prepare you for transport and load you into our vehicle.
