Rodger Ames

President & CEO

Rodger is the founder and owner of Stadium Medical. Not only does he oversee and drive all aspects of the business, but continues his work in the field as a Paramedic working the streets and the sidelines, holding trainings and collaborating with partners to make each and every day better than the day before.

Meghan Adas

Chief Operating Officer

Meghan oversees all aspects of the organization. She supports employees with a solution oriented approach and works with each department to ensure efficient and effective operations. Additionally, Meghan maintains relationships with clients, and the community.

Brendan Ames

Chief Financial Officer

Brendan oversees and develops financial policies to ensure operational efficiency within the business. This includes annual budget preparation, managing cash controls, preparation of financial statements, and purchasing of capital equipment.

Bernie Ames

Human Resources Manager

Bernie handles everything human resource related. From payroll, benefits, policies, internal practices, recruitment to the retention of employees, she can be seen working to make sure her Stadium family is provided for.

Aubrey Ames

Chief Culture Officer

Aubrey researches, compiles and provides resources that help promote the health and well-being of our employees both in the workplace and at home. Her goal is to help people live connected and whole-hearted lives. She also assists with on-boarding, uniforms, ID's, providing food for staff, employee events, and our eco-conscious initiatives.

Sean Ellis

Operations Manager

Sean is oversees the 911, IFT, Mountain, Colo. Springs, Communications, Fleet and Logistics divisions.

Charlie Stiffler

Operations Manager

Charlie oversees the Special Event division. With events that range from single medical provider coverage to the thirty plus providers needed for an event each New year’s eve. Charlie has held the positions of FTO, Trainings Coordinator, and Operations Supervisor. He is focused on customer service and providing the highest level of prehospital care possible.
