Do you want to help people in their time of need? Do you want to work in a variety of situations requiring emergency medical care? How about getting into a career where you can gain experience to become a paramedic, firefighter, nurse, physician’s assistant or doctor? Put your emergency medicine skills to the test in a variety of environments, including but not limited to the following divisions:

-       Transport

-       Special events

-       911 response

Must possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.

  • Minimum 6 months to a year of direct experience in pre-hospital care.

  • Current Valid Driver’s License with insurable driving record and annual driving record check.

  • Current Colorado Emergency Medical Technician Certification

  • EVOC certificate (will be obtained in house).

  • IV Certificate (can be obtained in house), which must be completed within the first 30-days of employment. There is a course fee.

  • Post offer, pre-employment physical examinations/medical history check.

  • Possess a can-do attitude.

Starting hiring range (depending on experience):

Starting full-time rate of pay: $20.85 - $24.17 full-time commitment. $20.47 - $23.73 part-time.
