Scheduling Coordinator

What we are looking for:

The Scheduling Coordinator is at the heart of our fast-paced lifesaving organization, responsible for getting the right people on the right schedule to the right places. This is done by creating and managing schedules for all team members across our four divisions of events, transport, paratransit, and 911 service with clear communication to customers, partners, and our team so our Paramedics and EMTs focus on delivering best-in-class care.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Work Onsite Wednesday - Saturday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • Build, coordinate and maintain the shift scheduling across four divisions

  • Assign appropriate staff and equipment for each aspect of daily EMS operations.

  • Follow up with emails, manage to-do’s, and enter data with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Build relationships with employees, client contacts, and location coordinators of all venues and events.

  • Maintain a general knowledge of EMS certify the cations and scope of certifications.

  • Demonstrate a respectful/professional can-do attitude based on honesty and truth toward customers and coworkers, while encouraging teamwork with open communication

  • Provide excellent customer service to the team and clients

  • Promote the culture, value, and mission of Stadium Medical

The ideal candidate:

  • Brings their tech-savvy, self-starter attitude with high accuracy of data entry in Microsoft Office products, and other web-based software.

  • Quickly learns new tech including our scheduling software and other office technology. Works under pressure and maintains a calm demeanor at all times

  • Demonstrates a faster-than-average pace, understanding that this will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school degree or GED minimum.

  • 1+ years of scheduling shifts and coordinating teams in the medical service industry or similar. Alternatively, 3-5 years of proven success in scheduling and coordinating professionals in hospitality or client services industries.

  • Knowledge of EMS certification requirements is preferred but not required

    Pay range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
