Supply Coordinator
We provide emergent and non-emergent ambulance & transport services in the Denver Metro area and communities throughout Colorado. We offer various service levels of care. We are the most trusted medical provider for special events in the Metro-area including services to professional, collegiate and amateur athletes, and community or private events. Concert venues like Red Rocks, Fiddlers Green, Ball Arena, Paramount, The Ogden to name a few. Ensure that all fleet vehicles including paratransit vans and ambulances, trailer, mules are "response ready" with the goal of reducing down time and increasing the quality and delivery of our services to the crews and our patients. The delivered product is a safe, clean, well-maintained vehicle inside and outside with functioning equipment. Will order all medical supplies and maintain inventory to ensure supply is accurate and adequate at all times with fluctuating demand. Regulate and ensure accurate supply chain process.
Must possess the following minimum qualifications:
· Ensure that all fleet vehicles including para-transit vans and ambulances are "response ready" with the goal of reducing down time and increasing the quality and delivery of our services to the crews and our patients.
· To order all medical supplies and maintain inventory to ensure supply is accurate and adequate at all times with fluctuating demand. Regulate and ensure accurate supply chain process.
· Understands supply and equipment requirements for each vehicle, and venue.
· Maintain vehicle, venue, cabinet(s), stat packs, road boxes, vending machine and building supply inventory to ensure appropriate par levels are maintained across all divisions by proactive delivery as required.
· Accountable for maintaining supply room oversight and organization, ensuring room is kept neat, clean, and orderly.
· Receive and monitor completion of ambulance check sheets.
· Light maintenance duties.
· EMT certification is beneficial but not required.
Starting pay range (depending on experience):
Full-time: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour; Schedule: Prefer Tuesday – Saturday (flexible)
